I just installed this game and got thru the first room and second room. When I put the key in the door to the balcony my game freezes. Is anyone else having this problem?

I didn't have any problems running this game Gerry but you might want to uninstall and then reinstall it to see if that would help. My only other suggestion would be to contact BFG tech services and see if they could help you.

Thanks Sue. I have a new computer with Vista that I installed it on and I think Vista is the problem because I just now installed it on my old computer with XP and it is running just fine.

What I did notice was that on Vista the game was not playing the "video scenes" so maybe that had something to do with it freezing. Thanks agian Sue.

Glad you at least have a computer you can play the game on Gerry. It's a neat little game.

I have Vista, and I was able to play Dream Chronicles straight through with no problem.
