Whistler, this is the path to get to the saves folder for Next Life.
C:/Program Files/The Adventure Company/Next Life/bin/saves
Is that where you put the 'save' that MaG sent to you?
If you tried to open the save it won't work. Just drag/drop or copy/paste it to the saves folder.
If you already know this information... please excuse me. Just trying to help in case you were having a problem with its location.

whistler, Can you check this for me.
Download the file I sent to your desktop.
Right click the file.
On the drop menu, select properties.
See if the:
a. Attributes squares for 'read only and hidden' is ticked on.
b. Security below that see if it is blocked or unblocked.

See if unticking or unblocking helps.

read only and hidden is not checked
tried clicking unblock and nothing happens

Strange, because I have already used saved games on this game and they worked ok

I have been almost blinded by playing that puzzle. I did get all the way to the last small circle, but can never get that before the others are gone

Hi Mag, any chance I could get a copy of the spinning light puzzle save game also? I am enjoying most parts of the game but I just detest timed puzzles...got enough stress in my life already, I guess! I managed to get through the other timed puzzle but even when I think I've got this one right it seems I'm still doing something wrong. Thanks!!

Thanks Mag. I downloaded the zip file. It would not work, but I saved it. Then I just deleted the whole game and started over. I wasnt that far into it anyway.
