I hate to break in but I do need help on the robots in the warehouse. I get no red signal light at any of the four locations. Can I get some idea as to why I'm not seeing these lights?

The red electicity symbol is like a Z or zigzag drawing.
You will find them at the 4 corner rooms of the 9 rooms in the warehouse.

Oh, no...not the dreaded security robots again! <argh>!
I saw a message from you about sausages early on in the game, but I haven't seen any sausages. Where are they, do you recall?

Diane

Hi Diane,

You might or might not get to see the sausages, depending upon whether you visit your room back at the Ca at the appropriate time early in the game. It doesn't affect game progress one way or the other, so don't worry about it if you haven't seen them. smile

Oh, okay, thanks. Whew...I thought I might have overlooked something important. (Which I'm sure I probably have anyway, even though it's not the sausages. <G>)

Thanks again!

I'm back! I'm in the warehouse and cat woman touched something and about 8 boxes looked like candy. also I saw a zigzag more towards the middle and cat woman ran over there and now I have a screen that has 8 bars and I can shutter the two on the right as you face the screen. none of the others cooperate even using the walkthrough. when I touch a completed shuttered rod and then touch another to close the shutters on it, the first one becomes open again. Any ideas?

Hi maxcat,

You have to find the right sequence for the rods.

Find the first rod that stays down when you click on it. Then look for the second rod, that will stay down along with the first. Trial and error until you strike lucky. Then with those two rods down, look for the third, fourth, etc. If you make an error, all rods will release and you will have to start over, repeating the sequence you know to be correct so far and then looking for the next rod in the sequence. It's a memory test.

Once all the rods are down then the puzzle is complete for that symbol.

luck

Thanks, Rushes for the tip to getting the crystal. As someone else said, I feel like swiss cheese as I was shot by the lazer so many times.

Now I'm at the point where I have to find the fountain at Campo Santa Maria Formosa. I think I see a wall fountain that may not be working to the right of the costume shop. But, the problem is, I can't get a cursor to go over there. It will only give me one for the costume shop. Am I in the right place?

Yes you are in the correct place.
The puzzle is not triggered yet.

I copied my answer to another gamer here:

This means that you did not check ALL the numbers- extensions in the fax machine information. Some of those info has Nancy saying something about them. This in turns triggers those places like the fountain. Listen to the fax machine again. luck

Hi, everyone!

I finally managed to steal the sapphire and make it back outside. Now I'm trying to solve the Chinese puzzle box, but I don't have a clue how to accomplish that feat. Is there a clue somewhere in the game that I missed?

Thanks!

Susan

Susan,

Since you can't understand the Chinese letters - maybe another dictionary or book?

Hi, MaG!

Thanks! I thought of that after I posted my SOS (isn't that always the way lol ), but I had a few things to do online before returning to the game.

Hi, MaG!

LOL! I didn't say I solved the puzzle. I said I thought about buying a Chinese dictionary grin ! I bought the dictionary and I now know what the symbols represent, but I still don't have a clue in what order to press them.

Back to the drawing board, but grateful I'm FINALLY outta the warehouse and away from those blasted robots!

Took me a while on this but ended up on the usual gaming puzzles . I didn't find any reference to it. I might have missed a clue too.

Click to reveal..
It's the elements.
I guess, it's a progression of the Chinese mysticism and is the one presented in the book. The sequence I got by trial and error though.

Hi, MaG!

Any hints for the stakeout? I managed to fumble my way through the Chinese puzzle box, but can't manage to nab the elusive Nico.

Thanks!

I am very much enjoying this game! Having said that, now I'm trying to win the dance contest. <ack!> My ego is getting thoroughly trounced...I must be the worst dancer ever! <g> I think I understand that I'm supposed to click on the colored circles when I hear the associated sound, but do I have to *keep* clicking on it until I hear another sound? I *think* I am clicking on the correct circles but the "progress bar" at the top keeps going down and down, so obviously I'm doing something wrong!
