Just started and have spoken to the favorite, Aicha, Souafi, the gardener (mustafa?) and the guard Am at the point where I found the lab, the water in the flask, and ground up almonds but can't find flowere to make perfume Favorite want sweets. I need to enter her room to get dress. It's locked Have been in roon with 2 sacks hanging from ceiling and the two rooms nearby with mechanical "stuff" as well as the garden with the leopard. I found a jar near a wife and Nubian concubine Could use a gentle hint as to where to go from here

I started again. What a mess. Is there any room for mistakes in this game or is it just have a lot of saves JUST IN CASE? Reason for asking? When I restarted the game, I probably made a mistake with the sweets. I didn't give the Fave enough honey cakes and am at a standstill. I can't redo the cakes. It's done. When I bring the cursor to the cakes room I can't enter. Do I go to a previous save. If going to a previous saved game is the only way to correct the situation then... ARRRRRRGHGHGHGHGHGH I'm NOT going to like this At All. Betty

OK THANKS MaG She did ask for more cakes and wasn't sure WHAT to do. I guess I'm not use to "big people" games ! I can't call Bess or George

Ok the Fave is feeling bloated b/c I "forced" her to eat sweetcakes bad blsbet! Quick question. I got the medallion from her and am projecting the lights and trying to figure out the big circle ... thingie Don't know if it's correct b/c I guess I'm suppose to get water from the other side? Fave said something about water flows in... then out. Also she doesn't say anything about how happy she is that her bath is ready or whatever it is she's suppose to say to me I'm just dismissed Does the water in the garden, the one with the fishies and the gear, have anything to do with getting her bath ready? Am I on the right track? Or do I need a paperclip, a shoe and a bucket LOL! BTW although I turned off the animated cursor, it still gets a bit wonky. I've heard that this can be a bit of an issue? Maybe that's why at first I couldn't figure out the "climbing onto the elevator for the fatty cakes" part. The cursor was a bit shaky.

Hi blsbet,
Has the princess entered the steam bath room? If she has, then you've done everything correctly.
The pool with fishies in the garden doesn't have any connection with the steam bath.
Keep us posted!

Do I need to "train" the Leopard? It's a bit difficult to maneuver. Can I just ESC out of it and continue the game or should I try to train it?

I'm playing this game too at the moment. Just a bit ahead of you. As it's not finished, I'm not sure if I run into trouble later, but so far it looks like you can just 'escape' out of the leopard dreams without accomplishing something.
After the first dream there's a hint that you can progress because you've visited a certain location in leopard-mode. But, in this game, I doubt if it makes a difference if you saw that place or not.

woot Thanks HF! When I replayed the first "Leopard dream" I did get a hint as to where the flower was. New situation! Have left the haram Have done several things in town Would like to start the journey but am stuck 1) the mechanic is dead . I got the tires and the battery for him but he was killed before I could give him the fan propeller (sp?). I've noticed that the cursor turns into a koosh ball when I'm near the hoses by the truck 2) Did the pass with the photo but need the signature. Can't get back into the palace. 3) I found the burned document on the plane 4) I have no "supplies" as of yet. The little market near the palace isn't "opened" so to speak. She just says the "they sell everthing here" 5) Dialogue is exhausted. I even heard about the Black Vault, Season of Storms, etc. 6) I also have the newspaper and read it So I'm trying to get a signature so that I can finish fixing the truck and hit the road. No one will talk to me. I've tried handing the pass to Moktar hoping that he'll take it to his sister Aicha. Maybe she can get the prince to sign it even though she's only a servant He won't take it I've heard about the spies (rug seller?) ANy suggestions? TY Betty

Hi Betty, You need to concentrate on getting that truck fixed. Go back to the garage, you'll see that the tires are already on the truck. Look at the open side of the truck and you'll get an action cursor, work out which two items from your inventory you can use here, and then work with the rope at the front of the truck. , see how you get on.

I was able to get the truck to move forward by placing the propeller in the right spot It's an odd game. The pump for the gas... I didn't see it the first 237 times I went past the ruined plane. I finally found it AFTER placing the propeller How irritating Just want to know if this is common "problem" or is it the way the game is to be played going back to play

It's likely that certain hotspots only become active once you have a need for them. It's been a while since I played the game.
Have fun, now that you've got the truck moving!

I was able talk the Major Goodmorning, get past the bats and climbed to the first hut.
Jumped to the second hut but am stuck. I can't really go forward and can't go back.
Am I suppose to be looking for something? Maybe with my spear?

Hi mikeplay,
Are you able to look at the boiler in close-up to be able to take the rag?
