THANKS ANA!! That would be great! I guess I'm hoping the final case will salvage the first 4 but probably wishful thinking on my part. I will look forward to what you could find out

I too bought this game thinking it was a true CSI game. I am enjoying it but would not have paid such a high price for a HOG. Oh well, will BAAG some more real adventure games. Onward and upward I say...lol. Eileen

Rex, your wishful thinking paid off!

There will be a 5th case available from Ubisoft within the next two weeks. Here is what they were kind enough to say:

Quote:
The fifth case will be called “Derailed” and is scheduled to be available for download within the next 2 weeks.

Synopsis: You play as Mac Taylor. A frozen, dead man is found in an abandoned subway car. Detective Mac Taylor is the first CSI to arrive at the scene and he realizes (but doesn't tell anyone) that the victim is the perp from his very first case as a CSI (he was never convicted due to lack of evidence). Lab analysis shows evidence that points towards Mac as the murderer, but who could possibly want to frame Mac Taylor? Are you skilled enough to find evidence that can be used to exonerate Mac?

Thanks for tracking down the info Ana!! Sounds like interesting case considering the format you play under but it is what it is so you know I gotta take it on lol. Did they say what the proceedure would be to get it? Is it a download from their site and how do you acquire it? Do you have to prove somehow you already purchased the game? Not sure how it works. Sorry to ask all the dumb questions but you seem to be the go-to person on this. Thanks again for your help!

It should just be a download that you unzip into your current game files like you would a patch. It would be useless to someone not having the game because it still requires the game files to run.
It will be a download available on the Ubisoft site so we'll just have to keep an eye out unless they email me to let me know, in which case I will definitely post it. I am hoping it'll be obvious or maybe they'll have a sense of humor and make it like hidden object game and we'll have to find it hidden on the site. lol

I too was very disappointed in the NY:CSI game. I do like hidden object games but was under the assumtion that it was going to be cool like all the others. I played them all and was hopeing for another just like them. Maybe they will make a good one in the future. I Hope.... cry

peace!

I am still waiting on that last case on csi ny and haven't found anything on it yet and it's may!! Anybody know anything about this happening any time soon? Ana said it was coming soon but that seems to have passed awhile ago. If anyone has any news about this last case I would love an update. Thanks! Rex Dexter

Rex, this is a casual game so it was addressed in the Casual Forum. You can find the info here.

I'm disappointed also. I bought it before I found this link. I'm surprised so many Boomers had to pay $29.95. I got it at Walmart for $19.95. Are all CSI games like this. Although I enjoy HOGS, I expected much more. cry

The other CSI games are great! One of my favorite series of games. This one was just a waste of time and money.
