I am on mars for the second time and a leaflet is supposed to appear on the bench by the tree (according to the walkthrough) after I've talked to the Marshall. But no leaflet appears on any of the benches - Totally at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can try and enter the hotel and do things there and later see if you can find the leaflet by the tree.
