Hi kathipa,

Are you double-clicking to speed Frank up here?

Stand Frank at the top of the stairs ready to descend.
Switch to Joe and ring the doorbell.
As soon as you regain control of the cursor, immediately switch back to Frank and double-click to descend the stairs. Straightaway click on the keys to pick them up and double-click to head back up the stairs to safety.

luck

Would you like a saved game to get you past this point?

See if you can do this: The SaveGames folder might be found in the game directory by clicking on the 'Compatibility Folders' tag near the top of your screen.... and then place the file sent to you there.

Let's wait for a Vista gamer that know where the saved game folder is located.

Hi, I just started the game today and can not get the keys. Could you send me a saved game, too?

Thanks, Yvonne
