Kjos -- the FAQ is here. They don't mention the ability to buy just one episode. frown

I'm downloading the demo. See how it is first.

Edit - Ok I have played the demo and even tho it was nice I didn't like the wasd controls. I expected point and click for movement. frown

Skeeter -- did you try the click-and-drag movement with the mouse?

I think it's easier to use than the arrow keys (just personal opinion). Though you must use arrow keys to tilt and move the table during Dr. DeSinge's examination table sequence. monky Very easy there, as you just tilt the table up and down or move it from side to side. I don't know if that's in the demo, though.

The demo has only the ship bit with the sword puzzle.

I dont like the click and drag i would have prefered just a simple click and it auto moves to destination like in traditional adv games. Also why 3d grr couldnt they make it a 2d game. frown

Everything they've developed has been in 3D. I think they'd have to completely revamp the game engine to do Tales in 2D.

SkeeterUK where did you find the demo? Looked all over couldn't find it. Went to the webb site and saw where the demo was but nothing happened when I clicked on it.

I got mine! How large is the download please? I need to know what time I must get up in the a.m. to get the full download.

Is TellTaleGames still using their own download manager?

Thanks,
Linda happydance

Unfortunately the click and drag method is a little tough to use in the opening sequence since the boat's moving around, and that sequence is all you get to play in the demo. The mouse controls work a lot better once you get past that point.

Nope - the Monkey Island Special Edition is being done by LucasArts, not Telltale. Telltale only develops in 3D.

I find that the click and drag controls remind me of the game Sanitarium. I wish they would of made the red arrow a bit bigger though. Loving it so far. I was getting a bit seasick on that boat. LOL.

Completed the whole game and i liked it! 8)

And for those controls, you don't have to move from the mouse, i didn't really liked it so i found another way, just hitting good old w,s,a,d buttons, much easier smile

I love anime and adventure games \:\)
