I loved the first Mysterious Island and have downloaded the second game. Low and behold, I am stuck on the nut cracking part. I understand how to crack the nuts, but I keep overcracking and hitting the other poor monkey with my nuts!
I even resorted to playing in easy mode! Can anyone help me? I am starting to go nuts!

Rushes...Thanks for the thread. I tried another 50 or so times and I keep belting the poor monkey. I either go too far or not far enough.

Rushes -- The save didn't work. For some reason, my computer isn't recognizing it. I am on Vista and a 64-bit processor. Would that matter?

The save should be Vista compatible. Did you find the folder with all your other saves for this game, and did you renumber the new save so that it is the last numbered file in the folder?

Yep. You only see the first two. My hubby, a computer guy, tried a variety of different options. No luck....

I'm sorry. That's frustrating. Let's wait and see if anyone has any advice on getting the save to work.

Thanks so much for your help. I figured it out! I wasn't clicking my mouse a third time for the nuts...I was only do it twice. I now have the nuts.
