I'm almost finished with Nancy Drew and the Ransom of the Seven ships. I'm at the part with the hourglasses and I'm following the walk through where it says which hourglass to turn when one hits a certain line you turn another one,and I did that, but it didn't work. Then there is another solution listed that says to turn Humilidad then start counting from 27 going down. Turn Generosidad at 25, castidad at 20,paciencia at 15, Templanza at 11,Caridad at 6 and Diligencia at 2....I did that and it didn't work. Does anyone else know a solution to the hourglass puzzle?

Am I doing it wrong? I would really like to finish the game. Thank you!

Those are the only two solutions I'm aware of. It may take a few attempts to finesse the timing, otherwise would you like a saved game to get you past this puzzle?
