Rex -- this game (Deadly Intent) is being developed by Telltale Games, developers of 3 Dimensions of Murder and Hard Evidence. CSI: NY was developed by Legacy Interactive and is a casual game.

I just purchased the CSI Deadly Intent game and it is a preorder. It says it won't be out until the 29th. Maybe that is just for the download version. I hope it will be soon. I've been waiting forever... Lynnypoo2. P.s. I purchased from UBIsoft site. Kinda disappointment. was waiting all day at work to come home to play this...bummer..

Barbara, so far it's like the the old ones except they changed the lab gadgets again. Not sure I like the changes, but I did not like it last time either. I don't understand what was wrong with the original. THis seems a bit dumbed down for me and doesn't always work right. I am still dabbling in the first case and so far I am pleased I bought it despite a couple frustrations. Ana
