I don't understand. Are you talking about the saved game?
Download the saved game attached on the mail.
Place it inside the Ransom folder that is located at My Documents.
Play-load as usual.

Yes, the puzzle is initially a jigsaw type, with the picture divided into 9, so that you cannot see clearly what it is once assembled. Once the pieces are together, it turns into a slider puzzle, where you must then move the 8 pieces around to form the final complete picture.

It's tricky!
