I purchased this game but the dowloaded files I got were not exe files they're .bin files. My computer doesn't know what to do with them! These were the game files for the game in 3 parts. I tried to use their download mngr and it crashed my computer. Maybe I should try again? Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks much.
Ming.

welcome Ming!

When you got the mail with the links for downloading - you should have one that is not a .bin file.
It usually is the first link on the instructions.

1. Make a folder on your desktop. Label it the name of the game if you want.
2. Download all those bin files inside that folder.
3. Be sure to download the first one also - it might be labeled something/fichier.
4. When all links in the mail are downloaded - then open that first link (something/fichier).
That will automatically open the bin files.
Then you can install from there.

On second crime scene, having trouble. Every time I click on either the blood on fence or the blood right under the door by the stairs the view goes into a closeup of the body and I get no recognition of having looked at any blood spatters. I don't have everything on the deduction board because of this so I can't go on.
I have tried 3rd person, first person, etc.
Is there a trick to this?
Thanks.

If I remember correctly both the blood on wall and under the door should be on far view.
I did this on first person view.

Please use one thread per game.

Thanks, got it. It was on the middle zoom view but before I must have been in wrong spot cause I didn't get a view of the blood or the magnifying glass. I notice that in first person you can't move the magnifying glass from spot to spot in the far views. Really odd interface.

Glad you got through.
I like playing on first person.
