Is Rachel not in her room? Have you tried knocking on the door?

Yes I have and Nancy says that the door is unlocked.

Did you actually click on the main panel of the door to knock, or just on the door handle? If you knock on the door itself Rachel should answer and you'll be able to enter (or she'll tell you she's busy and to come back later).

If I remember correctly, you can not get Rachel's picture unless you have all the others done correctly.
Double check that the other pictures have been approved by Rachel.
Then you can take her picture.
