I have to make alchol, but can only do that if I have 2 portions of sugar or fruit. I only have 1 of each, used fruit to eat en to bake cake and sugar also to make cake. I cannot get new sirop from the tree and cant find new fruit, how can i make alcohol now?

There's purple fruit at the muddy lake.
There might still be blue fruits at the mud flats.
There are also several branches of palm fruits at end of the crossroads at north area.
See if you have taken the oranges from the tree at the crossroad with scarecrow.

The closest saved game I have that is labeled is when the cliff is marked. I also don't know if my saves will work for you.

You can look around for fruits you might have missed or go back to a saved game and replay.

Apparently game saves for RTMI2 on Vista are located in the program data files. Note that you can only find them if you show your hidden files. Here's the procedure for that (it's the XP procedure but hopefully should be the same for Vista):

From Windows Explorer choose "Tools" from the menu, then "Folder Options" then click the middle tab "View". You may have to scroll down a bit, but look for "Show Hidden Files and Folders" and click the box.

The save folder should then be visible to you in the program data files.

luck

Rushes this was a very big mistake, I did all you said, found the saves and brought in the saving I got from MaG exact the way he told me and surprise...... nothing worked anymore. So all my svaings became useless. Well I already was thinking to start all over again, so now the descission is taken for me. I start over again and will try to do it rigth now, knowing what I need in future. Thanks all ppl who tried to help, it just did worked out wrong. Vista is not perfect all the way, i noticed now.

If you do not want to replay - remove what you placed inside that folder and it should go back to the original gameplay.

Did you renumber the files as I stated?

So not,LOL, nothing worked anymore, I mean, none of my savings, had to start all over, maybe by changing things in those hidden files, made all go wrong. But does`nt matter very much, had to start again anyway, its only pity, that I already was that far. Always hoped to find fruits somewhere.

-----------

So not, i did exactly what you told me MaG, but as soon as I did that I got the message: doing this can make this useless, you want to doe it anyway? i said yes, but it didn`t work, so I removed it, but all other saves didn`t work also anymore. Must be something stupid from Vista.

-----------

Lol, didn`t see it on first page, i thought it didn`t come through and wrote again, well now you know for sure.

Have you tried adding gasoline to the green paint can before using it on Slugger?

No i did not, i did add gasoline but not yet used that on Slugger, will try that. You will hear from me, if it works or not.

I offered Slugger about everything I have, but he just wont disappear. Now I`m stuck again. My hands are not able to move that fast, when I need to shoot at 2 differend apes so far from each other. (I`m an old women you see) Now I hope someone has a saving for me, from the moment Mina passed the hostile apes in the cave. Please, please, help me, would be so sad when I can`t finish the game.

I combined your posts to not stack them. Use the text "edit" button at bottom right to add info on a recent posting and when no one has posted after you. It helps us here. Thanks.

Most of us are elderly here. laugh

I sent you a saved game - I think you already know how to add this file to the saved game folder.

I found the crystal in the wall next to the vulcan, now I have to put it in the oven at the large kiln to repair it, but it will not go in. What did i wrong.

Henny, it is the "twisted crystal holder" that you place in the fire at the large kiln, not the crystal.

When it is repair, then you can combine the crystal with the crystal holder.

Good luck.
