This game is so non-linear that it's difficult to pinpoint the triggers for Dr. Nemeth becoming available again, or Lena returning home. Are you remembering to check inside the Pyramid itself, which has multiple locations? Have you checked your map after 7pm also, to see if any nighttime locations inside the Pyramid are active?

If you take a look at Phoenix's journal you should see certain entries highlighted in red -- those are outstanding tasks to be completed. I found checking against this journal invaluable when I was playing the game. Perhaps let us know what they are, and we might be able to nudge you in the right direction.

The only active location inside the Pyramid itself (day or night) is the Business District. In the diary, I have two red items from way back and are about the butterflies. But I've found four and re-did them in the 3D gizmo and now only have one sort of a butterfly made out of colored lines.

Have I missed a butterfly?

If the Business District is active are you still able to visit the Thing Store headquarters and speak to Richard Ackermann?

Four images is all you need for the butterfly. Did you go down to the lower level at Station Omega 10 yet, and examinie/take a photo of the wall poster with the 3D butterfly image?
