Hi June,
Did you complete the recording analysis correctly? After the analysis:
Play the recording and hear the Louisiana radio station. It's a radio station from Lafayette.
Then go and speak to Dick and you should have dialogue regarding this, and he'll mention the radio range being 60 miles.
Perhaps replay this section if you're not sure. Then you should be able to interact with the map.

Hi Rushes I did all that and I spoke to Dick, I will try speaking to him again.
Thanks Rushes.
Hi Rushes I have been been to the interegation room again and listened to it play again it is all music, but Nicole didn't say anything this time, she did say something the time I did the puzzle. I have tried to speak to Dick again, but Nicole says no time for talking, so I have tried the the printout on the map again and still she doesn't see anything, so I don't really know where I can go from here.
Thanks June

Did they discuss Lafayette though? There are two printouts which you need to overlay, one across the other, on the map -- as MaG says above, are you using both?

Aha, glad you found what the problem was. Good luck with the swamp!
