took screws out of panel used surgical instrument on metal plate click on iron thread and nothing am I missing something that I should have picked up.

Yes I placed bulb in socket

Place the iron thread on the bottom fuse if you haven't done so already -- you should see it tie round and attach there. Then pick up the surgical instrument again and use it on the metal plate that's just above the top black fuse.

I figured it out I didn't have the iron rod had to go back and get it.
