Hello again, Claas. I just sent an e-mail to the support address. Although I supplied my order info, I did not specify whether or not I want the download or the boxed version, because I frankly don't know whici I paid for. Of course, the boxed version would be preferable if it's all the same to you. I REALLY appreciate your input and the speed in which you have addressed our fellow Boomer's concerns. I have purchased other games from Mamba, and it's always been a pleasant experience.

Where's Dave?? Pre-ordered with him, no email no update on his site...Nada. Hearing you all talk is soooo hard! Has anyone else heard anything?

gaily, the Lace Mamba version was released prior to Viva Media's. Viva's just got released and Dave should have them in stock anyday now.

Hi to all! I just received a prompt and apologetic response from Damian @LMG support. Gray Matter was dispatched several days ago. Should receive in next few days. Also some sort of compensation to follow. How generous of Claas! Thank you!

I also got an e-mail from Support, and it states that my order has already been dispatched and I should receive it in a few days. That's great news, fellow Boomers.

You're very welcome everyone!

@Sanford: No worries, we're happy to send you the version you prefer (the boxed version it is?) no matter what you ordered - you've been waiting long enough now. smile

We all hope that the mailman makes his way to you quickly, especially for everyone across the Atlantic (swim carefully, mailman!!!).

Guys, just let us know if there's anything else, Damian (thank you so much!!!), me and the whole team are always happy to help!

Enjoy your play, greetings from (currently) San Francisco

Claas smile

EDIT: Oh, just to add: It might occur that the special gift we're sending out might be dispatched separately - so don't worry if you receive one parcel after the other. smile

Cheers,

Claas smile

Oh, happy day! Thank you, Claas! I just received my copy of Gray Matter. Glad I was home - package arrived via DHL and I had to sign for it. Can't wait to play - the demo was fantastic!

No sooner had I read your post to me, Claas, my doorbell rang. It was DHL delivering my game to me. I installed it and it's running fine on my PC. Thanks for all of your help. I'm sure that it was your influence that made this happen and I really appreciate it. I'm know my fellow Boomers will agree with me on that.

Thank YOU, Carla, for your interceding on behalf of all of us worried and frustrated Boomers waiting for our Gray Matter shipments. As I said, mine arrived today and I promptly installed it and started to play the game. I'ts great. And how about KUDOS for MAG for his wonderful walkthrough!

Well, I finally started playing this game. Deeply disliking the main character so far (still ploughing through Chapter 1). Lying & manipulative; wouldn't be averse to stealing a car: "but I'd only get caught 20 minutes down the road", well how noble of you to resist, love. duh

lol Doesn't the protagonist help themselves to items that aren't theirs in most adventure games or does size matter? grin

Well...considering that in most games you can fit a ladder in your coat pocket, probably not, Chrissie! smile

But in this case, her stealing a car isn't for the greater good of ultimately saving the world. The mystery hasn't even started yet. It's just to save Ms. Moo the awful inconvenience of catching the bus into town. woozy Anyway, the car is safe (for now).
