Have you tried to read the plaque?

From walkthrough: Go back down to the lower crypt and pick up the stone at corner below the stairs. Use the stone again on the dome glass. This time- you broke it. Check the plaque again.

See if you can find it now. If not, replay from throwing the stone the first time.

Thanks MaG. I used a different walkthrough than Gameboomers, however once I used the walkthrough here, I realized the error of my ways.
