I am replaying Keepsake and I know I finished it the first time but I keep going in circles and wandering around, I am trying to restore power near the water wheel with the eight stands that have to be set and after two days I wonder how I ever did it. If anyone is still playing and has a save at this point or close to I would love to have it.

I don't have any saved games for this game.

Maybe try again slowly and following the wt carefully or let's wait for someone that can help you.

Also remember to use the hint system and ultimately if I remember correctly the game solves the puzzle for you.

Maybe that's how I did it the first time.

I'm fairly sure it isn't possible to transfer saves in this game. The game saves your progress as you go along, and there aren't individual files.

I have three walkthroughs. Only the one from Gimli and Jochen have a step by step which I am trying to follow. But I seem to not recognize where the stands are. If anyone has a step by step with descriptions of where the stands are that might help me. I would appreciate any ideas.

Remember that there are 3 levels to that place.
You entered at the the middle level.

Look at just the pictures in this walkthrough.
You will see where the machines are located.

I have started at the middle level and I have started at the lower level. Can't seem to get anything to work. The diagram doesn't help me find the right locations.

The pictures are not the diagram - it is the screenshots of where the stands-machines are located. Take a look at the walkthrough I posted.

Scroll down to 1/4th of the walkthrough.
Look at the screenshots - pictures under the subheading "Machinekamer van de Academie:".
Look at the labeled machines 1-5 and the stands labeled A to H.

I think MaG was referring to the walkthrough linked to a few posts up -- with the gold text.

From Bert Jamin's site:

Click Picture 1

Click Picture 2.

Look at the machines labeled 1-5 and the stands labeled A to H.

That is not helpful. I finally got past those stands though and am now stuck in circular pattern after getting past the second door. But I can't find a way out to get outside. Since I can't read Dutch I can't seem to find a door or passage that takes me out of the circle. Can't find the second door that I opened.
