Hello,
I have struck a problem with a bug as stated in the walkthrough(page 7). I am in the shuttle in the sewers.
I have already downloaded the latest patch but I cannot fly the shuttle.
Is there another patch to fix this problem as I am stuck?

I have a problem with random crashes playing this game.I downloaded C2(from Gamersgate). After I installed the game, I immediately applied the patch.When I tried to start the game I got a message to"Insert C2 Dvd Disc". Of course I don't HAVE a disc to insert since it's a downloaded version. I e-mailed Gamersgate Support about this matter but I have not yet received a reply from them. I had a hunch, so I deleted the game from my WIN XP computer, re-installed it, but did NOT apply the patch this time. I started the game and it's running well except for those random crashes.By the way, this downloaded version already HAS the HINT SYSTEM built in.. If anybody can give me some help with the crashing issues, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks,

The patch is only for the DVD version.
The Gamersgate version should already be patched.

Thanks, Jenny. I guess I found that out the hard way. LOL. Still having trouble with the random crashing. I DID notice that the crashing occurs only when I'm accessing the "MAP", but not all the time. I've now learned to save the game just before accessing the map
I've even lowered my "quality" settings in the menu, but the crashing happens anyway.

I finally heard from Gamersgate Support concerning my random crashing issue: "You still have the demo version of C2 on your PC. Delete it." Well, I never had a demo of C2 on my PC, so "poo poo" to THAT. They DID mention that the patch was for the DVD version ONLY. I guess that I'll just have to live with the "Random Crashing" problem.Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated.

That sounds like they sent you to the wrong link for the download at one point. Either that or their download is bad.

That's possible, Jenny, but so far i am dealing with the random crashes while playing C2. Since the crashes mostly occur when I am accessing the "map", I have been saving just before accessing the map. If it should crash, I just re-start the game and load that last save and then proceed. Not a biggie! THANKS
