I thought we could benefit from a thread, where we post when we're usually on, so that people can come here and check, whenever they want to join the guild.

Write it like this and be sure to use Server time, so we don't get confused with time zones, lol.

My times varies, but mostly they are:

DRAKA:

Weekends:
12AM - 6AM (sometimes a little later, depends when I get up)

Work days:
11AM - 3PM

I am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (my days off) and most nights after 9pm server time. Hope we see some more people playing!

That's a super idea....I've been overcome by events lately and haven't been on, but with our morning walks weekdays are not happening, so we will be weekend nights when we get back.

How about maybe we put the Guild on the Guild Finder, so members here can Request membership?

Of course they will have to state their Gameboomers name(maybe also their real name), so we can check it out

Then give a few the power to accept or deny requests.

That would make it even easier to apply for membership.

Misslilo that is a great idea. I think you guys can already accept members, but I could be wrong. I will look into it.

Of course we still both have to be online, but then at least we know the request is there.

AND, if the ones who needs an invite could also put when they are on next time, it will be more than helpful

Have you Listed the Gameboomers Guild on the finder yet?

I do have an alt with a Guild called Toothless Seniors.
I have it listed, but it's only for Alts of members of the Gameboomers Guild.
It's only a lvl 1 and will probably stay that way for a long time - since I'm not often on that character - Faithwish a DK

Ohh, btw - you know the text on the Info tab under Guild Information - could you maybe put that in the Guild Finder textbox instead, so people know it's only for members of this forum?

Just copy the text I wrote - I made sure it has just the right amount of characters

Is it only the Guild Leader who can promote people?

Sorry it took so long....I can change the permissions so that members that we know well can also promote. I'll do it later today. If I open WoW now, nothing else will get done.

Sorry, no I didn't, but thanks for reminding me. I just did it. In addition I gave permission to Veterans (which is the level all the original members are) to promote as well as invite.

I haven't played in 2 months or so...life has been crazy here, but I will be back.

We still can't see the guild bank or anything. You only promoted to member, not Veteran like the others

Maybe if you promoted one, who is on a little more often to officer, we wouldn't need for you to to it all.
