I recently bought from Adventure Shop, the gama Alter Ego, which i did succeed to install correctly on my PC.
My problem is that when I try to launch the game, I see the small introduction video from Viva Media followed by the next screen where I am presented the usual pre game stuff, which are: New Game, Load Game, Save game and so on.
As I have just installed ther game on my PC, my only choice is inevitably NEW GAME.
Then, when I click on New Game, the only thing I see is a full BLACK SCREEN from which the only way for me to escape that black screen, is to click on the Space Bar or Escape.
No need to add that I tehrefore, cannot play the game.
I have submited the problem to the seller: Adventure Shop who recommended me to contact The Iceberg Interactive group, but I have receive no answer so far (same lack of customer suppport I have encounter with them in the past concerning issues with other games).
Are any of you aware of any sollution to help me solve my problem?
Note that my PC is not the problem here

Did you right click on the shortcut on your desktop and choose run as administrator ?

I don't know if this will help, but you might try reinstalling the game someplace other than the default location, My Docs maybe. Program Files and Program Files (x86) seem to love messing up games.
