the operating system is window xp and 2000, it will not let me install it, since i have window 7 do i need to buy another printer, never mind i had the wronge cd in there i finally install it.
Which operating system are you trying to install to - Windows 7 or XP or 2000? If it's Windows 7, you will need to go to the HP driver support page for your printer on their website and download the updated drivers for Windows 7.
