You can check out the game and demo here. Help them get Greenlit here. Watch the trailer here. See the Gameplay video here. See the screenshots here. Risin' Goat is pleased to announce that A Rite from the Stars' Kickstarter Campaign has just been launched! And it also features its first public demo version! Graphic adventure is a very respected genre that is being reborn from the ashes! A genre that is taking advantage of the developments of new technologies, on both hardware and software. For this reason, Risin' Goat did not want to lose the opportunity of creating their own one. Risin' Goat wants to express its gratitude to the people who support the project. That's why every reward in A Rite from the Stars' Kickstarter Campaign features exclusive content for the backers. Including in-game content like skins, an extra level and a secret area accessible from the beginning of the game. In addition, every supporter will have the opportunity to have a personal star in the game, which will include his or her name and a quote of choice. A Rite from the Stars is the story of Kirm, a mute boy from the Makoa tribe, proud inhabitants of the Mystical Island of Kaikala. At first, Kirm's goal seems easy: becoming a man. However, the Stars have chosen him to become a legend among his peers. In order to complete his rite of passage he will have to master three paths: Wisdom, Courage and Spirit... And once they are completed, a Final Trial. 'We believe that this is a great moment for graphic adventures, a real silver age. And the Goat does not want to miss it! So here we are: bringing our own vision of a genre that has been there when we were growing. We are extremely excited with this project!' These are words by Carlos L. Hernando, Game Designer and Scriptwriter at Risin' Goat. 'We'll release the game for Ouya, PC, Mac, Linux and also for Nintendo Wii U. The Goat thinks that Wii U is a great platform, with many possibilities thanks to its control system'. Game Features • 3D environment • Three paths to choose which can be completed in the order desired by the player • Unique game mechanic and gameplay for each path • Different endings • No inventory • No pixel hunts nor pointless walks A Rite from the Stars is also in Steam Greenlight. It needs every possible support to join Valve's digital platform. In addition, once the game is greenlit, every backer who has pre-purchased the game will receive a Steam CD-Key. Risin' Goat team has reached this point with its own resources. However, they need additional funds that allow them to focus in the game development only. Kickstarter offers them the opportunity to remain independent while reaching their users in order to include them in the development process. This is another goal for the campaign: listen to the public and, when possible, adapt the game experience to its needs. Risin' Goat wants to create a game that meets the highest quality standards. A game to be proud of. Them and The Goat. About the campaign Risin' Goat is one of the many videogame studios led by a goat. However, it is the only one that openly acknowledges it. The Goat's Crew is an independent game development studio formed by a multifaceted group of video game enthusiasts with headquarters in Madrid, Spain. We want to transform that enthusiasm into titles full of innovation, meaning and, of course, fun. Taking the best from the past and from the current videogame scene while aiming for the future is the main goal of The Goat.

I like the graphics really bright... The looks looks like fun. Although I do like a game with inventory. Thanks, Ana
