robert -- it's up to you. You can only go into the metro tunnels at night, so if it's still daylight why not go to the library in the meantime.

Some letters are extremely similar in both Cyrillic and standard alphabets. Double check your letters very carefully -- particularly all the vowels, and the T.
Phoenix will confirm as soon as all letters are correct.

Do any of the changeable letters highlight when you move your cursor over them? If I recall correctly, that means that the letter has been misplaced and can be adjusted.
Otherwise, why not take a close look at MaG's screenshot above, which shows the solution. See if you can spot where your own puzzle differs.
If you decide to reset, you will literally have to start the puzzle over from the beginning.

Hi cyanne, do you mean that the game is repeatedly crashing at the same point, or freezing? Are you able to go back to an earlier save and replay this section? Sometimes that can sort out the odd game bug.

Hi Rushes No the game do not crashe or freeze. When I try to go out of the cafeteria I comme back to the cafeteria. I did try an earlier save and replay the section just before entering the cafeteria. I go in the cafeteria take the circuit board, look at the meat plate and look around and when I try to go back to the door to get out the same thing happens, I reenter the cafeteria. No way of getting out. I closed the game reopened it nothing doing. Thanks for answering me.

There are are couple of old threads that relate to the same problem. The first one in particular might help: Cafeteria 1 Cafeteria 2 and let us know how you get on.

Robert -- my last post was actually in reply to cyanne's problem. My reply to you was at the very top of the page.

There's nothing in your inventory that you need for this puzzle. MaG's advice holds good -- you need to examine the screenshot that she posted a little while back, that shows the completed puzzle. Closely examine each letter -- the T, for example, is similar in Cyrillic to English. It is easy to mistake one for the other. Then compare with your own puzzle in-game. Do any letters in *your* puzzle differ to how the completed solution is displayed? The difference could be very small, but it is crucial.
And, as I posted up above:
Do any of the changeable letters highlight when you move your cursor over them? If I recall correctly, that means that the letter has been misplaced and can be adjusted.

Hi Rushes Nothing doing I cannot get out of the cafeteria. Went to look at your links cafeteria 1 and 2 and it doesn't help. I even downloaded the patch, nothing doing again. I don't know how this guy (steven I think) got out but I don't. Does it have to do with the rotating room? It is such a fantastic game it is a shame that I have to let it go. I never had a bug in the game till now. But thanks for your help anyhow.
