I seem to have a problem at the pyramid. I do not seem to be able to fill the metal cylinder from the now-cut fuel line.
The rope is fastened to the engine, but I cannot fill the cylinder/can - neither can I get the fuel cap off the engine.
Can someone please help me?

Belay that query. I managed to get the job done, but there was no inkling of what I did right - I performed the same action about 40million times and then it suddenly worked.
