No, you would have to download the software to any new or different computer as Geo says. You can't transfer the program. If you have the paid or Pro version, you would just download, install and enter your ID information on the new computer. That would reactivate the Pro version on the new or different computer. You can only have one license per computer.
If you have the free version, you would also have to download to any new or different computer.

While there may be some other "extras" with the premium version, for the most part what it does is run in real time along side your anti-virus program. If you have problems with getting malware on your computer a lot, it might be worth it. I know it stopped something nasty from getting on my 90 year old mother's computer when I was 600 miles away and couldn't have done anything. She got a warning and called me. When I got up there a few months later, I looked at the log and it was one of those ransomeware nasties.
But that was back when I grabbed about half a dozen licenses for $15 each during a Newegg sale and they were a lifetime license. Like Jenny says, you have to ask if the $25 per year per computer is worth it. If you have the free version, you would just be sure to run it regularly to get rid of anything that might have crept on to your computer.
