The game has been running very smoothly until I opened the car. The music plays, the cursor moves about, but I can't get out of the scene, nor is there any progress going on. The point is to uncover pairs of items. I've found all but two, or three but nothing is happening. Any ideas, or help?

Did you hit ctrl/esc and see if you can get out of the game that way. Did you try and use the hint button ? That's all I can think of.

Not sure if this is where you are, but try checking out this thread on Big Fish - if there is where you are, maybe something there will help you.

Just tried again with no luck. I can't get out using the esc-control tabs. It's just frozen..I can't move any of the items around, and the Hint button won't work. Very annoying. Any more ideas?

Sometimes exiting the game and then going back in will reset it - you could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game (you won't lose your save if you do this). Otherwise, I have no ideas apart from writing to Big Fish Customer Support.

It worked! I actually went back and started all over and had no problem with the door puzzle. Found all 6 pairs...no glitch. Thanks, everyone!
