About once a month, I find myself 'signed out' of GameBoomers. I always check the box to keep me signed in and usually it's fine, but today again, I had to sign back in.

Is this something that GB is doing like updating or is it more sinister like someone trying to hack my computer? Very weird when this happens.

Any thoughts?

Are you deleting your temporary internet files?

It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

This has been happening to me ever since my Firefox web browser did its most recent update. It's been happening to my son as well with a couple of websites that he frequents (and it didn't start happening for him until the latest Firefox update, too).

That usually only happens to me if I initiate a Malwarebytes or Norton scan. If the scans are automatic it doesn't; it's only if I do it.

Happens to me if I clean up stuff with Ccleaner and such. Sometimes/rarely it happens just at random times. I usually use that opportunity to clean my cache and cookies stored here and I am good to go.

Happens to me all the time, and I didn't clean anything. Maybe hubby did, and I don't know he did. Sometimes I can sign back in and stay that way and sometimes it takes a few days of signing back in before it takes.

I have the latest Firefox and it only happens for me if I run CCleaner or delete my browser history.

Ahaaaa! Thanks for the hints. I think it happened yesterday after I 'updated' my printer software. Maybe it undid something. Next time it happens I'll try to think if I've changed anything on my computer. Didn't do a scan or cleaner or anything. How interesting.

I keep thinking of George Orwell's 1984. Makes it even more crazy when San Diego City just installed over 3000 new 'streetlights' which 'keep track of traffic congestion, point you to empty parking spots, and can identify gunshots and send police to that location'. Uhhuh. Does anyone other than me think that those 'lights' are actual surveillance cameras too???? They didn't specifically say 'camera', but I'm guessing it's like the UK where they have monitored cameras on most busy areas. I'd love it around here. Time will tell just how those new 'lights' work.

I ran CCleaner and Malwarebytes yesterday on my Win10 PC and did not have to signon to GameBoomers this AM.

It happens to me too every once in a while.
No particular pattern that I can see.

I used to loose mine when I ran Ccleaner but you can set it in options to not delete those..

I have several of my commonly used cookies set to not be deleted in CCleaner.
