Okay, UNCLE ALREADY!! How many hours have I spent teetering on those gallery walls trying to search for the elusive security panel?? I tried the cheats (GASP!), and they tell me where to go (but then, who doesn't?), and I've looked high and low, and fallen countless times, and still cannot spot this panel. Is it so well hidden? Or did I miss some important step in the past that hides it from me??
Your ever faithful Goopie (and my few remaining hairs) thanks you.

Try this:

Tex will shimmy across the pole and land on the top of the nearest retaining wall.

From where Tex is now standing, go forward until the wall ends, then turn right and go forward until the wall ends. Turn left, and go forward until the wall ends. Turn to your left and go forward, but turn towards a wall going off to your right at the first opportunity. Go about half-way along this wall and stop. Looking down, and turning to your right, you should see the red and black alarm panel once you have turned almost 180 degrees.

If I remeber correctly, you have to stand on the wall closest to the door you need to exit, with your back to the exit, look down to your left. (I spent many hours there ) laugh

Hi ya', Goopie! wave

Both Fongo and Helen have given ya' good stuff to work with here. However, this is one of the toughest of all possible puzzles! I was here until my hair turned gray, and would still be standing on the right end of the maze looking back over my shoulder for that control panel, if Bob hadn't given me a few extra tidbits for clues.

BTW.....If you want the bypass code email me. It would be best not to post it on the board.

Love, Witchen =O)

Why is that? I don't understand what's wrong with posting it. And please tell me if there any rules that a newcomer like me should know about.

Hi there, Betje... wave

The reason for not posting the bypass code on the board is that, even if a spoiler warning is posted, people browsing the board cannot help but accidentally pick up the code. Some more sensitive information like this is best handled via email.

As far as other rules, etc. are concerned everything is pretty well covered for you in the registration statement you (hopefully read and) agreed to when you signed on.

If you have a specific question, however, any of the moderators would be happy to respond any time. laugh

Best wishes, Witchen =O) smile

YIPPEEE!!! I FOUND IT!! Thank you all so much! ... though I must confess, I had to find a bypass. I even put on my winged Nikes and couldn't make it to the door. Thank God that door just leads to a hallway and not a bathroom or I'd be in a real spot.

Thanks again!
Goopie
