I am at the museum trying to call Franklin Rose. I do get him once to talk about Joanna, but am not able to get information about Prudence Rutherford. I go on and do other things, come back to the lab or the hotel and still cannot get Franklin Rose again. I also have changed the time in the room. I went back to previously saved games and redid some things and I still cannot figure out why I am not able to call Franklin Rose or Prudence Rutherford. Please help!

I believe in order to trigger Prudence, you must know who she is.

Have you looked at the magazine in the office, as well as the plaque outside the office? Once you recognize her as a patron of the museum, Franklin should talk about her.

I had problems getting Prudence on the phone, but I finally got her near the very end of the game, so hang in there. Also had a problem with the package that was to be delivered, but that also happened near the very end. Got Franklin on the phone late one day, it may have been at night, because I was surprised when he answered. Good luck.
