I apologize up front if this is in the wrong forum - I wasn't sure exactly where to put it.

I'm stuck in the subject game and could use some help or ideas.

I just started the bonus chapter and am unable to pick up the third crystal petal that is in the coat hanging on the wall in Raymond's house.

Clicking on the hint button doesn't help as it indicates everything has been done which makes me think the game thinks I've already got all three crystal petals - but I don't. Because of this I can't go any further.

Anyone else have or know about this problem?

I moved your post over to the Casual Games forum.

I checked the forum on Big Fish and I don't see anyone else mentioning this particular problem.

Have you double-checked the strategy guide for this part of the game?

If it is a glitch, sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the game will help, and sometimes exiting the game and then going back in will help. And then of course there are those times where it's a glitch that can't be fixed and the game needs a patch. I would then suggest writing to Big Fish about the problem.

If no reply, and having tried all of the above, I would write to Big Fish about it. I am sorry that you are having this problem.

I did post notes in the tech problem and general area and haven't heard back from either one - yet. So, as of now, I am unable to finish this game and am anxiously waiting for a reply from Big Fish.

Hopefully you will hear back from Customer Support within 3 days - that's usually how long it takes for me.

I posted Customer Support about two weeks ago and never heard from them.

This type of non-customer support is one of the reasons I stopped my membership on Big Fish. It was so much
better when they use to have a live chat option.

Anyway, I guess I'll post again....and hope for a response.

I am sorry to hear that, Robert. I have written to Customer Support quite a few times in the last several years and I have always heard back from them. You probably did this, but when you send in your request for help and you get that automated email in reply, you need to always respond to that and tell them that your issue has not been resolved; otherwise, the system assumes that you no longer have a problem.

Forgive me if I misunderstand, but did you e-mail Customer Support or just post in the BFG forum? Posting a technical issue in the forum will not give you a prompt response or solution, unless a common glitch has been identified.

I sent an email to customer support and never received any acknowledgement from them.

Today, I sent a PM to one of the moderators on the forum so I'll see if I get a reply in a week or so.

Many Internet providers block messages coming from places that send lots of mail. Comcast does it to me often. It doesn't even end up in your spam folder, they don't allow it to go through period. They have even blocked my GameBoomer moderator notifications in the past. Big Fish send automated replies, so if you didn't receive one of those, it's not them, it's on your end.

I received an answer from Big Fish with a code to get a new game but, so far, no solution to my problem.

But at least I was able to select another game. It is possible I still might receive a solution also.

I did learn one thing and that is you have to be patient waiting for a response - it did take quite a while.

I ran the game again from the beginning and when I got to the problem area I took the first lotus petal from the jacket (the one I couldn't get previously) and that enabled me to finish the game.

So, unless I'm wrong, it looks like there is a bug if you don't select the lotus petal in the jacket first.

That does sound like it could be a progression block if you don't do something in the "right" order.

I hope there will be an update for this problem, if that is indeed the case.
