That is what is good about these games! Some people enjoy timed sequences and others hate them. Some like gore and horror while others steer away from such games. Some people are fussy about art quality, story integrity and having puzzles that are a challenge while others don't care one way or the other. There are so many games available at BF that there literally is something for everyone.

Hi, Marian!

I find that when I'm not enjoying a game, I become a lot more picky, whereas if I'm really enjoying it, I can suspend reality and overlook the most ridiculous things. I think that was the case with this one. After playing the first game in the series, this one was a letdown, so the steam pipe on the front porch was just one of many things that bugged me smile !

That does make a lot of sense to me to Susie07.

Common sense being utilised in computer games, whatever the genre, is relatively sparse and so I seldom expect it - which helps to avoid disappointment woozy

That can definitely be the case.
The closer you get to breaking that camel's back, the more painful the game is.

Well I guess common sense is lost with me, I enjoyed this one better than the 1st, steam pipe or not, I guess one of the reason I enjoyed it more is the three characters worked better together than in the 1st one, and the game for me seemed to move along at a more interesting pace..
