Blakes 7 and Star Wars: The Old Repblic actor has died he was 78 He played Kerr Avon in the British science fiction series Blakes 7, which he tried to for decades to get revised. It ended on what was supposed to be a season ending cliff hanger not the entire series. But it ended up being canceled. In Star Wars: The Old Republic he voiced the Sith Warrior's Overseer Tremel (and I believe some other characters as well).

I remember him from Blake's 7 and was always disappointed that they cancelled the show without completing the adventures.
