I am replaying and quite enjoying this game (Steam download although I do have the disc). I am in Dragast and have completed almost everything here but am stuck in the "raising the bridge" puzzle. I have seen the clues on the wall and don't think I'm missing anything but have been trying for two days and can't figure this one out which is really bumming me out! Is there anything you can tell me without giving me the whole answer? If not, that's okay. I'll keep working on it and look at the walkthrough if need be.

If so, I can always give you a little bit of the next part of the walkthrough (and trying not to give too much away).

No Jenny. I did not remember (again) to check UHS hints before I posted.

Marian, that is not the puzzle I'm at. I did all of that. This is some puzzle behind a statue inside some building. I will take a look at UHS hints as I cannot explain it but I had glanced through the walkthrough to try to find the name/description and it said "raising the bridge". There are 4 symbols on a wall before you step out on a platform and there is a column thing with 4 rings that turn displaying these symbols. Presumably once I get them in the right order there is this bridge that raises and takes me to another area that looks like a gazebo (in the game).

Well, I finally figured it out after reading most of the hints which explained the object of the puzzle but did not give me the actual end solution. I'm stuck again but tomorrow is another day.

Well, I was having fun. Now I'm just getting crazy . Starting to have trouble understanding the clues. Still, I do love this game!

I did finish the game today and I just now took a look at the walkthrough to make some sense of a couple of things. (I solved some puzzle by trial and error since I didn't understand the clues.) Also, I thought I didn't do something but was unable to go back to do it but MaG apparently had the same problem of not hearing a bird sing, so apparently I did do what I was supposed to do.

I installed the 2nd game in my Win 7. I hope it works. Haven't tried it yet.
