I had been wondering why we had not seen Ed (manxman) on the threads for a few weeks and had sent him a pm to check that all was well.
Apparently he suffered a stroke on 19th July and is only just home after 5 weeks in rehab: he is working hard to recover his faculties and hopes to be back amongst us (mainly in the Garden) soon.
He asked me to let you all know.

To all Mixed Bag and Garden Gameboomers, Thank you everyone for your kind words and comments. I have missed you all over the past 5+ weeks. I will be joining you all for a few puzzles now and then. The puzzles may be a bit difficult and may also appear a bit strange  Sometimes lost is where you need to be. Just because you don't know your direction doesn't mean you don't have one. (As posted by manxman in the Garden of Puzzling Delights yesterday)
