I know this is a sensitive subject, but would like to know others' opinions. I'm sure everybody has noticed how clothing, even adventure games are now showing overweight women and sometimes even obese women in their ads and games.
what do you think of this. hopefully, trend?

The past omissions must be specific to a type of game or developer. Maybe because I play games (i.e. RPG, RTS, FPS) that have a large variety of beings anyway, I've never noticed a lack of human variety either.
I feel a lot more like I do now, then when I first got here

I'm glad those kinds of things are catching up with reality. The airing of the TV show 'Mike and Molly' showed me times were starting to change.

It may have finally dawned on game developers that women do, in fact, play computer games and not all of us want to see exaggerated perfection in a bustier.

Perhaps sticking my neck out a bit here: we are all different and no-one is perfect, but (for me) sometimes there now seems to be too much of a focus in adverts and other publicity on reverse discrimination to the extent of creating a risk of perhaps making it acceptable to be obese without medical or other good reason. On the other hand a well rounded personality and outlook are definitely more important than physical attributes: vive la difference!
