Ummm... what does the neighbor dog pooping in your hard have to do with tennis shoes? And if you just stepped in dog pee, you will make the problem worse by putting them in a dryer. Hose the pee off if that's the issue. Just not sure what you're asking here.

EDIT: I reread everything. I take it you already washed the shoe and are now looking to dry it. I would put it out in the sun to dry. Best would be a shoe dryer, I use Peets everyday for my shoes, but if you don't have one, sunshine is great!
