I'm just now getting around to playing this game..Art of Murder: Hunt for the Puppeteer. I'm stuck!! The game won't let me leave the first scene in the game! I've looked at 2 walkthroughs..one here and one on another site. Both agree about all the steps that need to be taken. I've done everything called for in both walkthroughs. Yet she won't leave..she still needs to look around and make sure the French detective didn't miss anything.

I'm stumped, just plain stumped!

We can't know what you have/haven't done up to this point, so this would seem like your best bet.

Ah, thanks for the link. What I wasn't doing was such a minor thing! But, watching the video of it I saw something and wondered if that was it. I reopened the game and yep, that was it. I hadn't put the fingerprint that I lifted off with tape onto a piece of paper. *sigh* So far, this game seems dull and it may require too many small details for me. :-/

Yes, I had a feeling that it was probably one simple little thing that was the hangup. Glad it helped.

We have quite a few people here who enjoyed this game, but I remember there being a few tough puzzles that gave some people trouble.
