Hi all. Got thru another colonoscopy on Mon. Thank goodness that's over. Sun was prep day so I boarded my dog both Sat and Sun nights so I wouldn't have to worry about him. One of the thing I like to drink for the fasting time is what grape juice. Couldn't find it anywhere. Had the newest version of the prep. Half the stuff but still tastes like Wasn't sure I could, but got it all down, and was exhausted. Good news is that all is well and next one isn't for another 5 years. Maybe by that time they'll come up with a pill version for the prep. I'd rather swallow a few pills with a gallon water than drink that stuff. My dentist moved her office to a building surrounded by highways and railroads. Even with GPS, got lost trying to find. Get to practice the new route again next week

Hey Ho Joe ... glad it was cool enough for you to take Missy out for a walk ... I usually take Soot out quite frequently during the day on potty runs regardless of temperatures Hey Family ... hope your shows were awesome and your chores tomorrow are quick Oh my Connie, I'll bet your M&P were simply marvelous ... I had a Danish to go this morning Hey ButterFlyBabe ... I mix my prep drink with with either Gator Aid or Hawaiian Punch ... much better taste T.G.I.F. Friyay everyone ... I survived the work day, got groceries on the way home and had a marvelous chicken strawberry spinach salad tonight

Happy Saturday ya'll I'm back from my very hot shade surfing in the neighborhood. Had a good run. Have to pay bills and find lunch and contemplate dinner. Son is hoping to play some DND today, so we will be rolling characters at some point. Ya'll have a great day

Hey Soot; both sound like a good idea, but the directions from doc limited me to adding crystal lite to the prep which I did and it didn't help much at all. I don't really are for Gatorade. Hawaiian Punch would have been nice but not allowed to drink anything colored red or purple as it may leave a blood-looking residue. Some friends have suggested other shortcuts but I try to stay on target with regs so nothing will stop the procedure. I've had times when I was asked about what I consumed, so I err on the side of caution. Don't want to have done the prep work and be told can't have the test.
Otherwise, all is well here. Tomorrow supposed to be in 90s so will walk dog early before the heat starts.

Yeah, now that you mention it, Hawaiin Punch would not be good...I was being flavor creative at that point in my post and forgot all about the no red or purple drinks ... I have used Gator Aid the last couple of times, nurse gave me the OK with it ... and it helps that I love Gator Aid ... yeppers, with the high temps I take Little Soot for his walk at 5:30 in the morning while it's still in the 70s ... have a good Saturday BFB
