I've looked at several walkthroughs. Kate is at the stove by the river and supposed to put in the different colored resins and the different funnels for each smokestack. I've done all that over and over again and even tried reversing the funnels. Nothing is getting the final cut scene to trigger. I'm about ready to give up. Any help?

Until someone else comes along, have you also tried looking at a YouTube video walkthrough? That has helped some players here - it helped them figure out something that they missed that prevented the game from progressing.
