I'm Stuck. This game includes a potion formula to follow. Part of it means weighing an item that calls for 4.5 grams. No matter how I try, the weights shown (2.5, 2.5, 1.5, 1) don't seem to break down to that specific amount. The WT doesn't help. I followed it several time and keep getting told that the measurement is wrong. Checked the BFG forum. One person mentioned the same issue, which she figured out but wasn't specific enough for her post to be useful.

If anyone else has played this game and gotten thru this puzzle, I'd appreciate knowing what I'm missing.

thanks so much.

Life's a puzzle; one piece at a time.

I haven't played the game, but have you tried looking at the puzzle through a video walkthrough here?

I can't remember exactly how the puzzle worked, but I did play this game a few months ago.
Don't forget that you can use another object for weighing as long as you can pick it up and put it on the scale to weigh it.
Also don't forget that you can put weights on both sides of the balance, including objects you've just weighed.
So maybe you can find an object that is 1g or 2g and use it as a weight.
