Boy is it great to put this year behind us. Good riddance! May the new year bring us safety, good health and, eventually, normalcy. My Mom, who's 100, got her first shot today. Hugs to you all!
The moon is actually more useful than the sun since the moon gives us light at night when it's dark. The sun only gives us light during the day when it's already bright out.

Great news about your mum, Sue! A happy and healthy New Year to you all!
To waste one second of one's life is a betrayal of one's self. I wonder what's on television...?

I think everything I could have said has already been stated. We have learned a lot in the past year...the importance of faith, family and friends, the goodness and sacrifice of so many people all over this world and our own sense of hope. Here's to 2021 and goodbye to 2020, a year none of us will ever forget. Wishing all a year of health and happiness, I count all of you among my friends. And way to go to Sue's Mom!!! Joan

There was a time when those who lived to be 100 received a letter of congratulations from the White House. When my great-aunt, who ultimately lived to be 102, received that milestone, she didn't get one. My Mom found out that practice had been stopped because there were too many of them. Best birthday wishes to your Mom, Sue. As many others have stated, good riddance to 2020!! During 2021, may we all be able to go back to showing affection to those we've had to stay away from. Happy, happy New Year!!
Life's a puzzle; one piece at a time.
