Hey Folks, apologies for being scarce around here. Work has ramped up in a big way due to pandemic activities. I'm working nights and weekends to stay caught up. Will be updating this thread as I come across game announcements and new info. Thanks! New Additions to this Thread New updates will displace earlier ones to the "Previously Listed Updates" below- Update: The release date has now been confirmed as sometime this upcoming July, 2021 for The Forgotten City by Modern Storyteller, the indie production group that created the Skyrim mod of the same name. Cinematic video on YouTube of their work so far. Previous Listed UpdatesGames confirmed as released will be updated and then removed from the list after a few weeks (I might get a little behind on housekeeping through ) -Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition will be available on May 6th for free to those that already own Metro Exodus: Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition is free for existing owners but needs some serious hardware to run- Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Remastered in 4K Release Date 05/14/2021 - Released!- Resident Evil Village Release Date 05/07/2021 Released!- Biomutant Release Date 05/25/2021 - Vampires: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Release TBD after change of Development group. - Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - Remake The PC Version is pending a Release date, but anticipating sometime in 2021. Consoles are slated for EOY 2021. -Konami is bringing back the old, classic platformer Getsu Fuma Den Undying Moon It's a beautifully animated Asian themed platformer that was once available on the old NES. The release date is slated for sometime in 2022 for PC. Check out the named link above to see the trailer on YouTube. It's a cool one. -Speaking of oldies, but goodies. Diablo II: Resurrected is due out "sometime this year", meaning 2021 according to Blizzard. Apparently alpha-testing started at the beginning of this month (April), so we'll most likely get further announcements as the devs dig deeper into it. You can register for beta testing, if so desired at the link in this mention. Per the Production Manager, this isn't going to be just a remaster, it's being coded with updated graphics to match the more recent Blizzard releases. Will post more info as it becomes available. General InfoE3 will be virtual this year from June 12th through the 15th. I'll work to post game info updates as they become available during the con. TM

I thought Vampire The Masquerade was not going to be made! That's excellent news.

They've gone back and forth with Vampire, since the last I heard they were still shooting for year end. Just caught up with my newsletters and will be correcting that, because they've changed development companies and are scrapping the 2021 date. They are still saying it's going to be made, just not released this year. Apparently the group that was working the development side wasn't providing the detail they wanted as they feel this release is very important to their company. So, decided to go with another group.

Thanks, Trail! Hope you can find time for you soon! Thanks Ana In case folks are interested, I'll continue to add games to the first posting in this thread as I come across them. Just found out about a very cool old platformer that's being resurrected. Details above.

I'm really interested the the Mass Effect Remaster. I loved the first two -- never got around to playing the third. This might be a chance to blast through the series again.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Well, good news on the E3 front. Apparently, they are going virtual this year and will be keeping their dates from June 12th through the 15th. That means I'll be able to track updates as they are released from home! Which is kind of good and sort of OK at the same time, I miss traveling and E3 is an amazing event if you are into gaming and electronics. It's always an insanely amazing experience IF you don't mind a s***-ton of people. So, I'll try my best to track any of the Darkside game updates that come out of the virtual convention and relate them here in the forum. Will most likely have a similar thread as this one and post updates as they're released. TM
