October 19th - Today, Pine Studio announces the launch of its colourful co-operative puzzle game, Escape Simulator - available today via Steam for £11.99/ $14.99 / €14.99

Escape Simulator is a first-person escape room experience - designed with input from real-life escape room operators. Playing solo or via online co-op, players must puzzle their way through a quirky collection of interactive escape rooms, putting their wits (and teamwork) to the test!

A "Festival Favourite" at Yogscast's TinyTeams Steam Festival, and a Finalist in the Digital Dragons 2021 "Indie Celebration", Escape Simulator has been masterminded by puzzle-game veterans, Pine Studio. Expertly designed to capture the special magic of escape rooms - players can explore a dazzling array of 15 puzzle-filled levels and team up with friends to sleuth their way to victory.

Outsmart mysterious puzzles in ancient Egypt. Hack the system in an adrift space shuttle. Decipher oddball notes in the eccentric Victorian library of Edgewood Mansion. Play the game solo. Or assemble a crack-team of friends to help you tackle the challenges via online co-op! How you approach Escape Simulator's mysteries is up to you...

"We designed Escape Simulator to be the ultimate escape room experience" says the game's team lead, Tomislav Podhraški. "It's got everything you'd expect from a top-notch IRL room - challenging puzzles, wacky props, secrets, and lavish decor. For those looking for even more puzzle-tastic adventures, the game also launches with an escape room level editor. Via Steam Workshop integration, players can design & share their very own escape rooms - masterminding new puzzles, creating unique rooms for friends, and collectively building the ultimate library of escape rooms for the community to play!
