So far I've got these up and running that were too much for my old 10+ year old Win 7 to handle:

Obduction
Quern
The new ROTS
Syberia 3
Xing
Lake Ridden

All are running maxed out with no problems.

Are there any other newer high-powered games that I should look at? Preferably point-and-click and non-Steam, but I wouldn't rule out either.

That looks like a great computer!

GOG and Steam both have Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One, which seems to require a bit more horsepower than the average point and click adventure game.

Oh, how yummy! I get to live vicariously through someone's new computer! That is an especially tasty motherboard! And TWO 1 TB SSDs... nice! That video card isn't too shabby either!

Gardens put to bed for the winter. Time for some gaming!

I haven't played Crimes And Punishments yet. I did have it installed on the old computer, but it was running too sluggish to be enjoyable, so I gave up on it. I also have The Devil's Daughter and haven't played it yet either. I did wishlist Chapter One on GOG, and I'll wait until it goes on sale to buy it. When you wishlist a game on GOG, they send you an email when it goes on sale.

Any more recommendations?

Adventure games (point and click) in general tend to have more modest system requirements. The games that require more tend to be along the lines of what is described now as "action adventure," car-racing games, first-person shooters, and so forth. I could not think of any other adventure games with higher system requirements like Chapter One, although they may be out there.

If I do think of anything else, I will post it here.

I'm not necessarily looking for something as high as Chapter One, just some that I might have passed by because they wouldn't run on my 10 year old Win 7, like the ones I listed above.
