It's been so long since I've had the need to contact Customer Support , I didn't experience the problems they had recently, but I was definitely more than satisfied with their resolution. Now I can use the free codes to buy both "Christmas Wonderland 12" CE and "Criminal Archives: City on Fire" CE instead of having to choose. If the CS Rep hadn't said to feel free to utilize the code that I received with the automated email as well, I probably would have only used one thinking the second one was a mistake
