It depends on how many you plan to eat! They'll go stale in a day or two, so it's best to buy what you can eat in a couple of days. They're really best when they're freshly made.

I don't like Krispy Kreme donuts because they are too sickly sweet for me. Now I DO love a good plain cake donut! As other have said, they go stale in a couple of days, so only buy what you can eat in that time.
Gardens put to bed for the winter. Time to take a break!

I find Krispy Kreme doughnuts far too sweet for me, but when I do buy doughnuts I freeze them right away, then when we want one, I get them out of the freezer and let them thaw for about an hour, they taste like they have just been made.
We normally only buy half a dozen at a time, and these last us for weeks!
How come when I was young and slim I could eat two doughnuts at a time and not gain weight, now I just have to think about them to gain weight?????

LOL! Same here, both of you hagatha and copper! If I look at a donut, I will get fat. Luckily, I don't like them. But cheesecake... that is tough to resist!
